I am interested in finding out how to raise money for my startup company. I need to know how to work with angel investors (or venture capital firms) to raise enough money and not lose my company in the process. If it matter, I live in California near Silicon Valley. Thanks in advance!

Business 20.0 has a very ****?d article on angel investors, what they typically look for, what kind of investments they support, etc.
You may ****?t to go and pitch your ideas where investors ***?ther. Here are some places where angel investors come and those looking for ***?nding can come and pitch their business plans. Be sure to have a strong business plan and describe what makes your business idea stand apart:
Angel Capital ***.ciation
Angel’s Forum
Band of Angels
Common Angels
Keiretsu Forum
Launchpad Venture Group
New World Angels
New York Angels
Prairie Angels (charges $125 to submit idea)
Robin Hood Ventures (charges $250)

I think the previous answer is a ****?d one. In general, there is a formula, you give out 30% on ***?ed and 50% on ***?ries A, and etc. Unless it is a big business, you kind of get washed out in the end.
