I am planning to list my company in otcbb. ****? i am not sure who will buy my stocks. Has anyone done that before in this forum? Any insight will be very helpfull. Need to know how i can approach market to ***?ll my stocks. Because i don’t think that just getting listed ever get’s sold.

I am double minded right now whether to go for venture capital or do it my ***?lf through taking it public.

This is really not something you should attempt just on your own. Check with your local brokerage firm or one that you have a relationship with (other than a bank) and tell them what you ****?t to do. Look for one with a Corporate Finance division. That’s what they do. You will have a much higher ****?cess rate with a little professional help. Even if you decide not to use them, the information you will be able to ***?ther in the initial meetings will be very helpful. ****?d Luck!!

stocks listed on OTC:BB are regulated by the ***?curities and Exchange Commission. You can’t list them yourself. There must be a financial firm who will ***?rve ***? a specialist in your ***?curity and give a ****?d-faith estimation in the value of your stock.
