Ok, let me list out the various contraints in evaluation of risk in venture capital,
1) We need to see the quality of the venture, such as how they providing the materials, do they producing any defects while manufacturing if so what percentage of defects.
2)Reliability, we need to see how reliable they are to the customers and other deals
3)Socialibility, We should make a noteof how socialible they are to the customers
4)Management strategy, have to see what management principles they were using, such as is they taking care of their employees and we need to rate the company accordingly
5)Productivity of the industry, Return on investment and so on
e five were the major contraints which you need to take in considerations while rating a multiple opportunities.

Try looking at the average rate of returns on investment for various projects throughout each of the four industries over time. The one with the most consistent rate of return has the lowest risk. Hope this helps.
