Ex: You have to choose from 3-4 industries how do you do it? Or else if you have to choose from 3-4 opportunities in similar industry or different industry?

In order to compare 3 or 4 industries, you should look at typical financial ratios (ROI, ROA, Profit margins, etc) for each industry.
If you are looking at 3 or 4 companies within similar industries, I would compare financial ratios such as inventory turnover, quick ratio, sales per employee, etc to see which companies perform best
