Goldman China partner Hu retires to plan fund -sources

BEIJING/SHANGHAI, March 10 (Reuters) - Fred Hu, a
high-profile China dealmaker is stepping down as partner of
Goldman Sachs , according to an internal memo, as sources
said he plans to seek opportunities in the country's fast-growing
private equity industry.
