Carlyle to take 15 pct stake in Taiwan Mobile

HONG KONG, Sept 16 (Reuters) - The Carlyle Group will take a
15 percent stake in Taiwan Mobile as part of an asset
and share swap deal worth around $1.8 billion, according to
sources with direct knowledge of the deal.
